  • Description: The region around Debrecen is one of the largest producers of horseradish in the world. The main objective of the project is to dispose of the large quantity of plant waste created during horseradish production using environmentally-friendly technology and to use it as raw material for new food industry and agricultural products. At the same time, the study for the use of the horseradish essential oil in new areas also takes place.
