  • Description: The objective of the project is to develop and test, by building on the new R&D results (extraction technology, analytical procedures), a set of tools and technology that can be used on a pilot scale as well and with which product prototypes can be created. During our project we also carry out crop management measurements in connection with sour cherry in cooperation with the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences of Szent István University.
