Development of an electric truck suitable for collecting municipal waste

  • Description: The definite objective of our project is to prove on the level of a prototype used in the industry that an electric truck can be created which can be operated in an economical way. We use only commercially available products when building the electric drive and we modify their programs and parameters in a way that the relevant quality certificates are not affected. The electric drive can feed back, so it can transform kinetic energy when the vehicle slows down into electricity and store it in batteries.
