Praetor College for Advanced Studies

The College for Advanced Studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Debrecen was founded in 2013. Although it has a short history it can already report great accomplishments as due to continuous expansion the college now has close to 90 students. So far three volumes have been published: the volumes of studies titled Praetor I. and II. and Civilizations and Religions. Volumes are published continuously every year.

The mission of the College for Advanced Studies is to help as many students as possible find the legal area of expertise in which they would like to work in the future. In this process members are supported by professors with outstanding expertise. In order to accomplish the above mentioned objective, we strive to invite a wide variety of prestigious and knowledgeable presenters to our events. Meanwhile, the members themselves also have to work in their selected workshops, write scholarly articles and participate in conferences.
