Kálmán Sántha College for Advanced Studies

Our College for Advanced Studies was established in 1987 at the University of Debrecen with its members selected from the best students at the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, and Faculty of Public Health while in our Academic Summer Camp even high school students can participate.

We aim to help students in the early years of university studies that are deemed to be more difficult with team consultations and also provide the opportunity to participate in cultural programs by offering season tickets to the theatre and organizing museum visits. For senior students we organize numerous academic events that can provide more detailed insights into the profession than the university courses, including visits to pharma companies organized for pharmacy students or the auscultation events for medical students. Moreover, we offer various credit courses to our members to extend the list of optional courses available for them.

We encourage our students to start and present their scholarly research as early as possible and try to help their conference participation with grants as well.
